    1. Confirm that the SIM is installed in the correct slot and that the corresponding slot is selected on the Change Provider page. Navigate to the Status page of the Winegard software, then go to the Change Provider page, select the correct SIM from the SIM SELECTION drop-down menu, verify the cellular provider, and ensure the correct APN (Access Point Name) is listed.
    2. For Dual SIM Gateway try inserting the SIM into the other slot and Scan for SIMs.

  3. Clean SIM Card Contacts:
    1. Remove the SIM card and clean the contacts using a pencil eraser to ensure a good connection. Reinsert the SIM card and check if the issue is resolved.
  4. Reset the Router: Performing a Factory Reset on your Winegard Router
    1. Perform a factory reset by pressing and holding the reset button for 30 seconds. This can resolve various issues, including SIM card detection problems. The reset button is located next to the power connector.
